Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Conditions for returns, refunds and exchanges (clothing and physical goods):

Clothing and physical goods are made custom when you order. Changes to your order cannot be made once your order has gone into production. If you need to make a change to your order prior to it going into production please contact us at hello@DNAide.com

To be considered for a refund or exchange after your order has gone into production one of the following conditions must be met:

  • Misprint

  • Faded print

  • Arrived stained

  • Flex peeling off

  • Holes in the product

  • The wrong product was received

If one of the above criteria is met, send a photo of the area of concern by email to hello@DNAide.com within 14 days of delivery and we will follow up with the manufacturer to determine next steps. The manufacturer is solely responsible for determining if you are eligible for a refund or exchange based on these conditions and DNAide has no input in this process.

We cannot provide a refund, return, or exchange for the following reasons:

  • The wrong size was ordered. Please refer to our sizing charts prior to placing your order

  • You would like a different colour

  • You changed your mind about wanting the product

  • The product did not arrive in the time frame you expected. Visit the manufacturer website for more

  • The product does not look exactly like you expected. Due to the nature of custom printing there may be minor differences in colour and other features of physical products.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Conditions for refunds (digital products and services)

For digital services that are offered live (e.g. educational webinars) you can cancel your registration and request a refund up to 12 hours prior to the event. We will do our best to process requests made with less than 12 hours notice but are not obligated to do so. Please contact us at hello@DNAide.com to request a cancellation and refund.

If DNAide has a service disruption or we are unable to provide you with the digital product ordered for any reason you will receive a full refund.  

For digital products that are available for download immediately refunds are not available.

Additional Terms and Conditions

DNAide reserves the right to change this policy at any time. If you qualify for a refund it will be provided on the original payment method.
