The full appointment fee is charged in the following situations:

• Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice

• Not arriving to your appointment or answering the phone within the first 15 minutes of your appointment

More than 48 hours notice: no charge.

Your appointment will automatically be cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, if the appointment involves reviewing records and those records have not been received.

Finally, you are responsible for coming to your appointment at the correct time. We are located in the Eastern Time zone. You can select your own time zone when booking online. The time zone will be noted in your confirmation emails. Cancellation fees will still be charged if you fail to arrive on time due to not realizing the time zone.
